Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy seasons, sales, holidays, or high order volume, processing times may take a little longer.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated shipping time is usually 3 to 7 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note that shipping delays may happen due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other issues outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Diamonds Ignited is not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address if the customer entered incorrect shipping information at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Diamonds Ignited is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first for more information.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at diamondsignited@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging so we can review the issue.
