Refund Policy

At Diamonds Ignited, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Address

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at diamondsignited@yahoo.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
